How To Secure Your Email Address on Facebook

To avoid the possibility of spamming, (because by using this system your email
address might be used by more than 5,000 persons to add you) which we don’t
guarantee safety from.

By using the simple steps illustrate below, you can securely use this system
without the risk of spamming. What you will be doing is changing the email
address or phone number associated with your Facebook account to a new
one you will be creating for this purpose.

Once you get the number of friends you need, you can revert to the former
email, then this new email would not be associated with any Facebook
account, thus you are free from, spamming.
Simple follow this few steps and you are on to it.

STEP 1
Open a new email address; Yahoo, Google and Hotmail are still free

STEP 2
Log into your Facebook account, click on “Account” drop down button, scroll to
“Account settings” and click

STEP 3
A window display like this comes up, scroll to “email” and click on the “change”
link

STEP 4
Types the new email address you just created in the space provided in the
“Add new contact box” and submit

STEP 5
Confirm the change by putting your password in the pop up box that would
appear and hitting the “confirm” button.

This message appears afterward telling you to confirm the email address by
logging into the mail box and clicking on the confirmation code sent by
Facebook

STEP 6
Click on the confirmation link sent to you by Facebook and you will be directed
to another page telling you’re your new email address has been confirmed

contact mail is still active, click on the “change” link
