Candidates can purchased the form (an Etranzact processing pin) from any of the following participating banks Zenith Bank, Fidelity Bank, Fin Bank, Eco Bank and First Bank.

The Form is sold for N1000 excluding bank charges which may range between N500 to N1000
REGISTRATION
After purchase of the form, candidates can proceed to any cyber café or the school ICT centre for registration and printing of acknowledgement slip.
