My name is Anderson, Presently a final year student of Akanu Ibiam Federal Polytechnic Unwana in Electrical Electronics Engineering department.

Am the designer and Chief editor of this blog.

ICT is my virtual world, I try hard to exhaust it’s unlimited goodness, though my effort is like swimming across an ocean, I hold on to the much I can. Am also an entrepreneur. HOW TO GET THE BEST FROM FACEBOOK

Facebook has come to be the world’s largest social network site (A place where people from different race, background, and geographical locations can meet, interact and share resources and ideas) with over 950 million users facebook has become so popular that at least 7  in every 10  of your friends has an account.

I might just stop here and then go into showing you how to create your own account, here we go

Facebook account can be created in three easy ways.

1. Through the Facebook website on your computer browser.
2. Through the Facebook application when downloaded to your phone
3. Through your phone web browser.

All the same you will follow the same basic steps despite the method you choose from the three above.

The steps are
1.    Log on to www.facebook.com or m.facebook.com if you are using your phone 
2.    If you are using a computer, start filling the form (you can either use your phone number or email as the username) to the right of your screen on the facebook page.

For phone users; you can either download the facebook phone application from the home screen or click on “sign up here” link below the sign in form  to create your account from your mobile web browser.
3. After filling the form for the pc user, click on the submit button you will be directed to the verification page, take your time, decipher and input the code (captcha ) into the box provided for that.

For the mobile user, simply fill the form (use your phone number as the username) and submit.

BAM!! Congratulations your facebook account has been created

Holiday!! What are you gonna do

Presently the school, Akanu Ibiam Federal Polytechnic Unwana, is on a long vacation for the 2011/2012 academic session.

The holiday which may span from August to October 2012 will offer students ample time to relax, refresh and refire for the next academic year.

To you, how are you enjoying the holiday, or you’ve just started missing school already, what plans are you working on towards making this holiday session worthwhile.

Based on your standing during the just concluded academic year, deciding to engage on activities that would enhance your general performance come next session should be your top most priority.

So I enjoin you to look at the deficiencies and limitations that offered resistance to the maximization of your Academic (First),   Social and extracurricular engagements to the fullest.
