All the same you will follow the same basic steps despite the method you choose from the three above.

The steps are

For phone users; you can either download the facebook phone application from the home screen or click on “sign up here” link below the sign in form  to create your account from your mobile web browser.
3. After filling the form for the pc user, click on the submit button you will be directed to the verification page, take your time, decipher and input the code (captcha ) into the box provided for that.

Its time you set up your profile, (Things you want people to know about you and your picture for identification).
The steps are very easy, just follow the screen prompt.
For the profile picture you need to capture a new picture on your cell phone or upload one from your computer or phone.
You can now start adding friends and interacting on facebook. Hope you won’t mind adding me

BE CAREFUL
This section is the reason why I even wrote this post. If you have time you can go through the terms and condition of Facebook usage and privacy policy, it’s obvious that you are 100% responsible for the information you share on Facebook, that’s why I will advice you stick to these few rule of thumb while using Facebook.
  • Do not share sensitive information; Your bank account details, your id or passport details, your location and any private information about you.
  • Do post anything you will regret, yes the delete button is there, but the truth is your information is permanent on Facebook database, plus anybody could capture and use an extract from your post against you even when you’ve deleted it.
  • Do not upload awkward, nude or provocative picture of you or anybody, you won’t know how many person’s that have downloaded it, deleting it later won’t serve any purpose
  • Do not allow anybody to capture a picture of you on his/her cell phone in the above conditions, uploading it to Facebook is just a click away.
  • Do not tag or be tagged in the above scenes, any picture you’re are tagged on will reflect on your timeline and your friends can see it too. In the event of being tagged you can easy untag yourself by clicking on the image and selecting untag from the options .
  • Do not arrange to meet up with person’s you meet on Facebook and can’t guarantee their reputation, if you must, then it should be in a public place in broad day light.
  • Use your desecration, people might not be what they claim to be.

WHEN AND WHY
There is also the risk of abusing Facebook, yes, As a student, staff or whoever, time is important to the success of whatever Endeavour you are engaged in. Engaging in endless chat or browsing around Facebook has a price, addiction is also the extreme you can go with Facebook, sure it will cost you time and money and give you pain and sorrow if abused.

For safe and valuable use of Facebook without time infringement this should be taken into consideration before loggin in
  • Have you finished the task at hand, basically the days duty: I recommended Facebook for communication and relief for students and that should be after or between FACING YOUR BOOK
  • Time yourself and keep to it, I recommend setting your alarm for the time frame you will engage on Facebook before logging in
  • If you are already addicted and can’t stay an hour without checking your Facebook, I recommend talking to a matured senior colleague, mentor or join anti Facebook addiction groups, not tackling this could decrease productivity in ways you will be ashamed of.
  • Remember Facebook was built by a university student below age 25, this should be a challenge to you, what have you achieve before your 25th birthday. A Facebook Addict? Think before you login
 MAKE MONEY
Yes you can make money on facebook, i know some friends who earn a living off facebook, you can too, i can teach you how to do that, but not now, you can PM me if you need the information. Better, leave expert stuff to experts, i bet it's not easy, but sure you can.
